  Lovely, friendly staff. Very bubbly people. Extremely helpful. My fiancee and I stopped in to buy his first ever pair of Docs and the staff were genuinely excited for him, it made the experience a lot better after a bad day. Never disappointed by this store.

  Obviously quite pricey, but for footwear that will last years. Good selection of DMs, I believe student discount is available, which always helps. My daughter was looking for DMs, they didn’t have her size that day, but the staff in there were friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Can’t ask for more than that really. Will go back again sometime soon when we’re next in Bristol.

  Had a great experience shopping here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable in helping me find the right fit. Oh and I love my new Docs!

  I bought a pair of docs for life,which leaked when it rained, i dropped in to see what could be done. The manager exchanged them for a new pair. This kind of top notch,old school service is rare nowadays. Absolutely 5 out of 5!
