  Superb location! Attentive and friendly staff and great service. Very comfortable and safe hotel. They definitely go above and beyond for their guest! The welcome staff personally escorted t the room. They were kind to give us Elegantly sitting pretty right across from the Garden and next to the shopping center, this hotel was perfect for walking around and shopping and people watching!

  We really had a great stay. The hotel is in a prime location and within walking distance of everything you might wanna do in the city centre. The room was great and the staff were very attentive. It was a pleasure to be here.

  Just back after 2 nights at the Fitzwilliam Hotel. Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Everyone friendly and very helpful. Rooms lovely, beds very comfy, lovely food and great bar staff. All bar staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy. Would definitely stay there again. Can't recommend it highly enough.

  Nice traditional hotel. Welcoming staff at the desk who then personally escorted us to our room. Nice bar, where the bar manager welcomes feedback and did tweak a new cocktail on our recommendation. Free WiFi that is simple to connect to and had a good strong signal. Really minor niggle about the shower - the difference between cold and scalding hot is so tiny as to be impossible to find. Would prefer something other than instant coffee in the room (Nespresso would be fab!) but that's just a personal preference. All in all a lovely stay and I would stay again.
