  I was surprised when I went inside. It's much nicer than I expected. Also large carpark

  If you get a big room, it's great, try to avoid the smaller rooms. Breakfast is varied and good, staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is they appear to only have one rather tired iron and ironing board, so if you need one, you might have a wait on your hands! No bar or restaurant but there is so much nearby it's not a problem.

  Close to homerton college, still walking distance from the center. Very nice hotel, good value

  Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. I loved the big eating area with the views of the garden. All staff were super friendly and attentive

  What a welcoming hotel with very warm owners and staff. The room was immaculate and very comfortable with good quality furnishings and lighting. A lovely continental and English breakfast is served in a spacious and delightful breakfast room that has something to cater for all palates. The hotel is very easy to find and conveniently placed for the bus routes or a pleasant 25 minute walk into Oxford. Equally there are many local restaurants and amenities a 2 minute walk away in Summertown. The free car parking is another bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
