  Lovely traditional top quality pub. Great food, not a dirty splodge of food hidden on a huge plate. Beer great, service was lovely. Quick service which was great. We visited on a trip from Dover to Cheshire. Will call again.

  Visited last night with 12 others for meal. Really impressed. Food was really good and plentiful. And service friendly and quick. Has good sized car park with small outside walled seating area to the rear. Not a huge pub but has a cosy feel. They also have a room off the bar which I imagine could be used for larger parties if needed. Think this maybe a work in progress. All in all very enjoyable evening. Definitely recommend the food.

  Good pub nice people. But the I have heard the food ent that good. I will go there and try it. If it ent no good I won't go back.

  Lovely pub with amazing food. Iain is an accomplished chef and Gemma has a great gin and local beer selection. Would certainly go back and recommend it to friends.
