  Ate here with my daughter and couldn't believe the wait time. First had to wait almost 10 minutes to get a table, about 15 minutes to order food and get our drinks and finally 25 minutes to order a kids ice cream after finishing our dinner. This would have been understandable if the restaurant had been busy but less than half the tables had been filled. All the staff apart from one waitress training a new staff member seemed to be more interested in chatting to one another than serving customers. It was a shame as the food wasn't bad and the wait from ordering to receiving food was quite good, so no complaints about the chefs.

  Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. First time in this franchise. Really big restaurant, lovely staff and good ambience. Views from the window are beautiful: straight into the river. The free unlimited salad is always a plus: add crunchy bits and seeds, and don't forget the mustard&honey dressing if you fancy it. "Lunch meals" are served all day. I recommend the feel good bowl, I really enjoyed it. I will definitely keep an eye out for this franchise, hope they are as good as this one!

  Yesterday my husband, two children and I came in for our supper, it was very busy but we still received such great service! Emily, our server took our orders quickly and was always smiling, she took time to have a conversation with us even when she was busy. All staff are lovely and welcoming. Overall we had a fantastic meal, and food was great! Would definitely recommend! My kids just love the salad bar, great value for money.

  Table of 5 at 6pm on a Friday. Booked on line fine and easy. We eat here about 4 times a year and have never been disappointed. We had 4 of the starters for sharing, these were all lovely and plentiful. Two of us had the combo and two of us on the ribs, I had the kilo of ribs which were lovely but must admit I was struggling to finish. Also had one vegan in the party and managed to sort her out with a starter and main course, not an easy task. All the meals were well presented and nice and hot. Service was good and pretty quick. All washed down with unlimited drinks. Decent value at just under £100.

  We visited this place with the family and we really enjoyed it. This place has its own parking so we didn't have any problem to find a parking space. It was a fast service and we didn't wait wait too long to make our order. I have to say that the quality of the food was brilliant for a price. This place has a salad bar, good selection of the meals, a nice kids menu. We did enjoy a nice quiet friendly atmosphere.
