  I went here with 9 work colleagues for a midweek set menu banquet after work. The food and service was excellent, so much so it was all we could talk about the following morning! The shredded chilli beef is star of the show but the chicken, prawn and vegetable dishes were also really tasty and the shredded duck starter was delicious. The portion sizes were huge, and we all left stuffed! We had a vegetarian in the group who was well catered for and was really pleased with the tofu main dish she had. I would thoroughly recommend the Golden Dragon for dinner; go with a group so you can have the set menu!

  Menu is very diverse with plenty of options, been on 3 different occasions and The golden dragon still hasn't failed to provide a tasty meal. Friendly and attentive staff, meals were also quick to arrive at table.

  This is the first restaurant which charges £1 for a mere small spoonful of chili oil. It’s like going into a fish and chips restaurant and paying £1 for a spoonful of ketchup! Servers were polite but I can’t say the same about the owners. Food was just ok. The lady was even trying to take my receipt away after paying which I had to request for it and was return to me reluctantly. I will not go back to this place unfortunately.
