::Well where to begin..... The Place , warm cosy and welcoming. The Staff, friendly professional and relaxed. The Therapist Georgette , wonderfully great at her job gave me the best massage I ever had!! Truly fabulous, I had the Lava Shell back neck and shoulders, a delightful experience in the Africa room. Will definitely talk about this for some time and recommend , I will be booking again Thankyou ladies 💗💗

::Bring back the waxing QUEEN!!!! I am very disappointed to have waited an extra week for a facial wax with “The Waxing Queen” Tereza (my prefered therapist for waxing). I traveled all the way from Penzance to Truro, only to find that my appointment was changed to another therapist. When l questioned this, l was told that they had sent me a text message. But no one has bothered to text me. To be fair, when someone has booked a specific therapist, the salon should make the effort to confirm that changing will be alright. I have come home with wax on my clothes, in my hair and lots of very obvious areas which have been missed. Not happy at all! Although the trerepist is a lovely girl, she has not got the same high standards as tereza.
