  I started kickboxing not so while ago after a friend introduced me to the club. Kickboxing was something i wanted to do since a child. I lacked confidence in going to mixed clubs and even womens! Hailey is supportive, friendly and an all round inspiration. Her style of training is different to what i am used to (weight lifting predominately). It has helped me target things i didnt even know i needed improving. It is definately an atomsphere that is comforting and friendly. If you are looking to lose weight or even just get active and healthy i would totally recommend!

  Joined the club back in March 2016. Excellent trainer with affordable price to train. For those who wish to train and stay fit, definitely recommend Hailey Hanson Academy!

  I'm very happy a friend of mine recommended this place to me. Everyone's very friendly and welcoming. Its also helped boost my fitness and confidence, I'm no longer the shy person I was before I started kickboxing

  I have been a student at this academy for over a year, initially to keep fit as I was getting bored of the gym. Hailey is a brilliant teacher she is extremley patient and takes the time to help each student no matter what level they are at. Every session is different we do circuit training, working towards belts, body conditioning and sparring. A year later and I still look forward to every session. If you are looking to keep fit or learn how to defend yourself in a ladies only environment you should pop along students and Hailey are very welcoming and supportive.
