  We needed a quick late Friday night meal after doing a Heathrow airport collection. We were greeted and seated efficiently. Food came quick and very attentive service. It was about 9.30 pm the place was still buzzing with diners.

  Nice food. Best ribs. Great salad. Can be quite expensive but lunch deals are good

  Slightly strange layout to this place. It doesn’t seem very private. Also had breakfast here and while it claims to be a buffet type breakfast again it is a little strange. Unlike other places you have to order the cooked breakfast and they limit what you can order each time. It makes far more sense for it to be a help yourself style buffet.

  The building itself is attractive, quite rustic, part of a larger complex which includes the Travelodge Eastleigh, where we stayed for two nights. Service was good, the waitress was polite and helpful. Food was good, menu more varied now. And if course the unlimited salad and bread rolls is always welcome. We had the aubergine tagine with giant couscous which was tasty. The chicken pieces in buttermilk batter was nice too.

  Very slow service - felt conned. We booked in for breakfast with Santa (who was good) and ordered the unlimited breakfast. Our table was booked for 10:45 with the website saying breakfast ended at 11:30. We did not receive our order until 11:25 by which time staff had started to put away rest of the breakfast and setting up for what looked like a busy lunch. Had we been told this at the time we would have ordered something else. We had emailed directly but have had no response. Poor customer service. EDIT: No direct contact has been made.
