::I'm not sure how people have said the staff were rude or service was bad?! I've moved from London to midlands and just tried Harley Medical Group in Birmingham and the service was just amazing. The lead nurse was great and provided me with lots of information. I will definitely be trying their treatments.

::Every appointment I have had here the staff were fantastic and friendly. Made sure I had all the information I needed and was happy with everything before I went ahead with my surgery. I had my surgery on Saturday 21 Oct and must thank the surgeon Dr Thrush and all the team at the Highgate hospital who were all so good whilst I was there and I am already so happy with my results! Harley medical have already called to check up on me and it's only been a few days since the op. Just shows how much they care for there patients. Highly recommend this place for surgery. Thanks again to the Harley medical team!

::I had breast implants done in 2008 and paid around £3,500 cash as it was money i had left me in a will. Apart from the stitches being taken out after approx a week i have never seen another person to be checked over as kept getting told the surgeon was ill, I then found out i'd had toxic PIPS put in me and when i contacted them they didn't want to know and changed the whole structure of the company so they couldn't be sued. Shocking company that couldn't care less about their customers, no aftercare and all they really care about is making money and not the welfare of honest hardworking people like myself who has been left with 9 years of hell worrying about the time-bombs that are inside of me, suffered depression and suicide attempts and all because i chose to use a company that i thought was the best, should have taken the cheap option and gone abroad.

::Shockingly bad service. Rude and ignorant company ethos, deposit not refunded upon request as stated in their t&cs. A company that tries to be so prestigious shouldn't treat customers so appallingly. Only after the money. Take yours elsewhere people.
