  Rude couple owns the guest house. Our light didn't work and it also buzzed loudly. We asked if the husband could fix it, and he realized he needed to replace the whole thing. When we asked if he could, he replied that no he would not because he'd have to go out and buy supplies. They both did not believe us that it was loud which was very annoying. Keep in mind that they are an old couple and their hearing is not as good as ours. Not to mention, it was a very small room with depressing decor. House smelled of old people. Right by a busy road, so it was very noisy. When me and my partner expressed our concerns, they asked us if we would like to look for another place. We decided to take her up on that and booked a guest house we have stayed at close by the night before. When we went to her with our plans, she became angered and demanded us to pay for the night even though we were not staying there and she was the one who asked if we wanted to stay somewhere else. We could not cancel the booking we had just placed. Eventually, the conversation became heated and they went and charged our card 5 pounds under what it originally costed. I believe it should've been much lower. There are absolutely awful people managing this guest house. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a b&b. It is definitely not worth 80 pounds either! Stay somewhere else.
