  I come down from Huddersfield about twice a year and have started to go in the kings when i am down. Had a great night Sunday 25/3/18 great atmosphere and i can't believe how cheap the beer is 😘 keep it up guys x

  I am visually impaired and went to kings Thursday last week . I was with a mate and he had assisted me to the natwest cashpoint on Churchill way . We then linked arms and he led me to kings . My white stick was folded and both of us TOTALLY sober wee headed up the street. It was 10pm , warmish , after sunset and with only about 17% vision I misfooted but immediately recovered my step. The doorman at the kings accused us both of being drunk. I explained and even produced disabilitly I.D . We were refused entry. Nice one mate, did the education system fail you or did you fail it ????

  I wouldn't recommend the Kings, no atmosphere , staff not friendly , far better pubs around

  The drinks are cheap, but the atmosphere seems unwelcoming to Straight Folks!
