  This hotel is our base for the yearly Brighton Pride festivities in August. Close and easy access to the start of the Pride parade & if able bodied enough, walking distance to the festival in Preston Park. But about The Lanes Hotel: Affordable room rates. We have a standard double room, booked by 2 gay guys, the hotel staff don't batter an eyelid, but then why would they? It's Brighton! Very good breakfast on offer in the restaurant & if full they lay tables in the adjecant lounge to accomadate their guests. Not 'a gay hotel' but very gay friendly. Well done The Lanes Hotel! XXX.

  Very classic and classy hotel. There's literally everything you need from a hotel, including really nice service. But classic means also a bit old, that might be not for everyone

  We have just had a brilliant time here the staff are wonderful and helpful especially the barman Matt the breakfast was very good and the room was perfect. Would recommend this Hotel to everyone!! Thankyou xx

  Bien situado. Antiguo pero reformado. Acogedor. Servicios atentos y muy agradables. Limpieza. Servicio de bus para todas partes. A 5 minutos andando del centro. Hotel muy recomendable.
