  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I am so surprised with all the bad reviews that this place is still open. I thought I would ignore that and give them the benefit of the doubt but what everyone says is right. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. When you pay over £100 for a few treatments you expect decent service and respect but here they don’t care about anything else other than your money. The ‘manger’ is rude and patronising and quite frankly doesn’t have a clue what she’s talking about so no surprise when the place is ran in utter chaos, with no organisation at all. The therapist I had was nice and did do a good job but she is leaving this month anyway (I wonder why) it seems like they can’t even keep staff. I booked for my mum to have a massage and us both to then have a gel pedicure but made sure I had already paid previously because I wanted to be a surprise, when we got there they didn’t have on their system that I had paid and said they couldn’t do it without the gift slip that they gave me when I had paid (although this says nothing about bringing it with you on the day and also nobody had told me this) we had to then pay again as they refused to do it without the stupid gift slip. My mum decided she wanted her nails gelled instead of a pedicure - we then found out they’d over charged her for this and would not refund the money - when confronted they continued to be rude and defensive. Do not waste your money by going here, you’ll regret it! There are so many places at the same price or even maybe a little cheaper that would treat you the way you deserve to be treated when spending this sort of money. Disgusted at my experience here and I will never ever return - I will make sure to spread the word about this place and it’s reputation. The ‘manager’ if you read this - you should be ashamed at the way you ‘run’ this place. Some managerial training is most definitely needed!!!!!

  Just had Wife on phone in tears after her latest visit to this place.After nigh on 20 years of same treatment with no issues at all she gets told she cant have the same wax because thats not what they are trained for. When she queries it she is advised that she must have had special treatment from the consultant ( she has had many different consultants over the years )ALL of whom have completed the job in same way. She asks to speak to manager and ends up with the receptionist who accuses her of being rude to the consultant (she wasnt) who is now refusing to deak with her ( cop out) and is made to feel like a naughty schoolgirl. By all means come here ladies but for gods sake don't query what your spending your hard earned cash on! She will now visit another establishment who confirm the treatment she will pay for is what she was expecting.

  The first time I visited The Lemon Tree was over 6 years ago, and since then I have had many different treatments including waxing, eyelash extensions, spray tans, etc. with different beauticians. The fact that I no longer work in Norwich but still drive over an hour each way just to visit them is testament to their fabulous service and excellent treatments. I have used other salons in Norwich but these guys remain my favorite for waxing - Charlotte is a star! Thank you :)

  Had my nails done at Lemon Tree in Norwich over two weeks ago with gel. They have lasted so well and are still going. I have always had problems with my nails and them not growing but now they are really good and everyone says how lovely they look. Would definitely recommend. Thank you. Lizzie

  BAD experience. I had a half leg wax here about 3 weeks ago which was not a positive experience and I would not recommend going here for any kind of wax! The beauty therapist used a strip to wax - but unusually pulled the strip off in 3 tugs - unnecessary and painful, she would get to the end of the strip and then be sort of tugging at it, as obviously it did not come away cleanly at the end! I felt quite annoyed and asked her if she could just pull the wax strip off in one go - she said she HAD NOT BEEN TRAINED TO DO IT LIKE THAT, but she obliged and finished the wax. I have had a lot of waxes in my time and never come across anyone who removes a wax strip like this-in 3 separate tugs - it is completely unnecessary, inefficient and painful for the customer. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Not only this - but for the experience and as a WALK-IN customer I got charged £22.00 for this half-leg wax!? I think I was so shocked I didn't think to question it. This is the most expensive leg wax price in Norwich and I do not expect to have a wax for this price with someone who is incompetent at what they are doing??? I will never be using the lemon tree again.
