  The two assistants at the Lighting Warehouse visited yesterday, by my husband and myself were extremely helpful in dealing with the queries we raised re refitting the new, very small lightbulbs, in a Standard Lamp we purchased from them last year. We have bought quite a few lights from the company, in the last couple of years and always found the staff to be very informative and helpful. AP.

  Bad customer service, very rude and unhelpful staff, the light they sold us was not like the one in the showroom and they would not give a refund, only a credit note or a 25% handling fee when I insisted on a refund!!! I would never shop their again.
