  Lovely overnight stay with breakfast, went to The Grill (at associate hotel, The Coldra) for dinner. Celtic Manor run a bus service between... Very good.

  Disappointed! A long walk from the car park, reception aggressively demanded a credit card even though everything was prepaid on the corporate account, room was ok but nothing special and hotel was a bit gloomy, breakfast ok and staff friendly, long walk back to car park where I stood in the rain as the pay station didn't give me my ticket, was told I had to return to the hotel for a receipt. Didn't bother and won't be going back.

  Save your money and use the Holiday Inn! RIP off parking, terrible management, car park 200yds plus from Hotel up a very steep drive, no steps no pavement, smallest double bed I’ve ever seen! Just save your money and go to the Holiday Inn next door!

  Staff are truly excellent. A very wide range of facilities are available like spa, massages, sauna, steam room, pool, lots of outdoor activities... The Manor House rooms were nice though a bit dated. Interesting history as well, used to be a maternity hospital - I'm glad they've preserved it. Cen restaurant was amazing as a breakfast venue, not too busy as the Manor House is much smaller than the resort.
