::I had a very unpleasant experience. The sales assistant was extremely unhelpful. She had no product knowledge what so ever. When asking her questions she completely ignored me moving on to another customer without completing her services with me. Would not recommend this store. I went to Pet Pavilion instead in Notting hill gate. I found the assistant very knowledgeable and dog friendly. I purchased a product there which was cheaper than Mutz Nutz.

::My dog was cut during grooming with a deep gash to the ear. the severity and upset was dismissed by the owner and groomer and I was e pectee to pay full price nonetheless. I am taking my dog to the vet as the cut is not a graze but a deep flesh wound.

::I took a welsh terrier for hand strip for a quoted a price of £80, i normally pay between £55 and 60 max in central london with dog show quality results. When I picked up the dog they charged me £90 instead, in their views, the hair was thicker - despite they had checked it carefully with me before - and 2 groomers were used instead of one - although in the shop there was only one groomer. In any case, i was quoted for a service and not for the time taken - that was very much still 2.5hs as per the initial quote. The shopkeeper should have called me and informed me before, I found her behaviour unprofessional and dishonest and the result was average. We will not be back.
