::Health care (fracture clinic) is brilliant but auxiliary staff should introduce themselves to waiting patients and explain what is happening. A robot ("I, Auxiliary") could call out patient names and lead them without comment to other waiting rooms. Clinical staff were polite, friendly and competent. Super experience.

::Great we hospital. Found always short staffed. Standard of care is good and patients well cared for. Staff very friendly. Would given 5 but itβ fell that one on staffing issues but for staff and care working there defo a 5. The old hospital had a subsidised canteen for staff and visitors. This does not and has a cafe which which I found expensive as not run by hospital.
