::Portuguese tarts as good as the ones we had in Sagres, Portgulal. Staff so friendly.
Juan Acevedo
::Amazing little gem of a place. Proper Portuguese bakery with great bread, great pastries and great coffee. A glimpse of grandma in the kitchen completes the no-frills, heart-warming, analogue, human experience. I hope to be back soon!
Dom Barton
::The bakery here is brilliant, a lovely range of tastey bread, sandwiches and pies. The sweet stuff cries out to be bought and eaten. Though they have seating and shelf for inshop consuming, they are not a café, there is no customer loo here. (Whereas their sister shop in Station Road has an excellent sit down area & loos.)
Roman Godfrey
::The best of a brilliant bunch. Norfolk Street is a cultural haven, appropriately headed by a loveable bakery. Countless variety is provided in an unrivalled consistent fashion.
Victor Martinez
::I'd say this is probably the best bakery in town! Best quality, bread can last for a few days, they have a wide variety of pastries/cakes/treats. So worth going there in the morning, sometimes they are running out of some items and that's basically because it's a well known bakery
