  Was rundown but now the in place in Newbiggin. Clean rooms sea front view huge Sunday lunch. Big carpark.

  Very friendly ... fair prices....all home cooked food pavlova is home made also the ice cream too made to die for xxxx

  Service was a bit slow, seemed a little odd to only have one bar staff on while there was a fireworks display going on literally just outside and it was very busy. Can't complain about the bar, it was clean and had a good atmosphere. The beer is decent, overall it's a good bar.

  Great place to stay with excellent views and outdoor seating area looks out over the beach, promenade and sea. Ideally located beside shops, restaurants and different selections of takeaways, pubs, town square. Handy for buses into different areas. Great parking area and very reasonable room rates. Staff are very friendly and accomodating and have various gifts on sale. In the bar they have various nights like pub quiz etc. Highly recommended
