  Tagline: Habitually Late (over and over again) Friendly staff, knowledgeable orthodontists ... that’s where it ends. Today was to be my last of too many visits to the practice … after arriving 10 minutes early and waiting over 20 minutes past my appointment time I decided to leave without speaking to the front desk staff for 2 reasons: 1. If I’d have spoken with the reception staff they’d have felt my frustration and the problem is not due to their actions or behaviour … its directed at the dentist who was meant to be treating me. 2. It seems that being habitually late is acceptable here … I not talking a few minutes (the record from my personal experience, in an over-crowded waiting area was around 45 minutes late). The straw that broke the camel’s back was a patient arrived 15 mins after my appointment slot and checked in with almost no one else in the waiting area ... yet walked straight in before me … how exactly does that work? Now here's the kicker - this practice is apparently an award winner!!!!! Its beyond me … unless of course, time keeping isn’t a part of the review criteria … isn’t punctuality an integral part of the customer service? I may receive an automatic notification of failed attendance and an attempt at levying a charge against me … but as far as I am concerned, I’ve wasted too much time waiting on this place. In summary visit here if you want a "stock apology" for over running on your appointment slot (AGAIN … AND AGAIN … AND AGAIN) which apparently is offset by the super friendly staff.

  Very Professional, friendly staff. Dr Currie and all her lovely team. They are also accommodating to my busy schedule. Overall a nice pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoy having my treatment done here. Would highly recommend!!

  I finally got my top and bottom braces off today after taking the plunge to finally sort out some major teeth problems at age 27, and have spent almost three years coming to the clinic for appointments. It was a long process which could not have been done any quicker, and whilst painful at times (as all braces will be!) the staff at the clinic could not have been more friendly and professional. I can't put into words how delighted I am with the end result, the transformation is incredible. I would high recommend the clinic, Dr Lisa Currie in particular was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process every step of the way. One very, very happy customer :)

  The doctors and staff were very professional and friendly. Excellent service! Highly recommend this clinic!
