::Another pub owned by Manchester brewer, Joseph Holt. The present building dates from the 1970s when it replaced a much older structure that had begun to collapse due to mining subsidence. Happily this pub has survived, and was refurbished in 2017 in dramatic fashion to bring it right up to date for modern tastes. A variety of rooms exist, including a vault. Five cask beers on from Holt's and Bootleg. Recommended.

::Good beer. Reasonable prices. Nice place. Reflected in how busy it gets!

::A Holts local with a modern but pubby interior in attractive Monton village. Four real ales on hand pump. The bitter well kept.

::We visited when the boxing was being shown. We waited half an hour at the bar without being served before leaving - they were clearly short staffed. Been here before and it wasn't that bad. I'm not a fan of crystal or diamond but they do serve birra moretti for those that like a decent beer.

::Pretty traditional pub, with sports on the screens. Welcoming place with fair prices. The best part of the Park is the outside area in the front. When days get lighter, it gets the perfect evening sun. Lovely spot for a cold beer.
