::We loved it here, nice and bright, great location, good choice of drinks. Toilets were clean (which you dont always find in very touristy places!)

::during our 4 day visit to the city i think this was the most authentic british food we had. fish & chips of course. the chicken i had was really good, but i loved the vegetables that came as a side with it. those were delicious! service was good as well. only it is really packed when it is full and there is not a lot of space between the tables. other than that we enjoyed our time there.

::The worst hamburguer I ever had, it's was dry, flavourless, and for £15 I was expecting at least am acceptable burger. Even Macdonalds is better than the food in here. The staff is friendly and the location is amazing. But if you are looking for food avoid this!

::Drinks took a long time to come. I saw them sat on the side for a long time and the coffee came cold. I was given a desert fork for my dinner, no biggie but unprofessional. Roast dinner was disappointing. Came a bit too cold, potatoes undercooked, too much chicken, I felt like this was just to make it look more substantial.

::The food was great and came fairly quickly. My wife had the burger and I had the haddock goujons. The prices a fairly steep but that is to be expected considering that this restaurant sits so closely to a high number of national landmarks. The only knock I have against this restaurant is that the service was off and on. It was fast at the start but towards the end of the meal when it came time to pay it was hard to track down a server. Patrons seem to come in waves so be a bit cautious if you’re in a hurry.
