  I’m not sure tbh! I’m slightly confused by the name of the dry cleaners...it says priorry cleaners on the store front and on my till receipt but on my card receipt and google it says top hat. I have never used a dry cleaners before but needed too for a suit jacket after my xmas party. I paid £10 and it took a few days which seems reasonable. I wasn’t displeased and my jacket looked clean.

  Gave in a feather Duvet and got it back with stains and still grubby corners. Was told by owner I should've asked for bleach to be used though a worker initially told me if they did not go away with bleach they will not go away so I presume bleach is used anyway. Neither a refund or a rewash offered and not even an apology. I expected a lot more for 18 pounds.
