  A really friendly atmosphere and welcome. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be going back for more.

  Very popular riverside country pub, especially popular for Sunday lunch. Great stop off pub for walkers in the area, with a lovely grassy garden next to a medieval bridge over the river. Good selection of beers and real ales. There's also a large car park .

  Had a lovely evening and the staff were really good and friendly. As a vegetarian though who can't eat tomato the menu was a little limited. I will definitely be back though

  We had a booking for a big group with lots of children. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing kids menus, explaining dietary requirements and getting the kids' food out quickly. All the food was delicious, and the steak was amazing. Especially liked the Winter Mess dessert, that was fantastic! Thank you for making our Christmas!
