  Quaint little village pub which looks like it has loads of history. Particularly appealing from the outside and more functional inside. But actually has a surprisingly large number of tables in dining area extension. Also, a really helpful Landlord who couldn't do more for you, good food and lovely beer eg Hook Norton. Highly recommended.

  A very pretty Cotswold pub in a pretty Cotswold village, it is small and homely but with a good- sized restaurant at the back. We had steak and ale pie which was unpretentious and very tasty. The landlord is a big cricket fan too with a variety of memorabilia dotted around.

  Always a warm welcome .Menu is varied and something for all. Always fresh ingredients prepared to high standard and beautifully presented never ever disappointed and the beer is good too If your local or visiting Banbury don't miss the opportunity to visit and sample some proper pub food in lovely relaxed atmosphere.
