  Got talking to Rich & Joe really friendly bar staff. Haven't been to the pub for years but definitely made me want to go back.

  Food good but slow service. Limited selection of ale but plenty of lager and the Guinness is good.

  Pleasant friendly staff but in need of an update.comfortable room with ensuite bathroom and shower a little shelf would help as nowhere to place toiletries.continental breakfast a bit disappointing as stale dry bread and croissants but was given fresh when asked and full English was impressive on the whole a pleasant place to stay would come again.

  A friendly welcome from the staff had us sitting in the bar area where menus were provided. Lots of options to choose from at reasonable prices. Only criticism was that the food took 45 mins to come but it was New year's day! I would definitely recommend coming here.
