::Perfect staff, perfect hotel and perfect food. ...need I say more. ..love it. Building is Grade 2 listed so improvements are restricted. Any complaints are from awkward customers. This hotel has a dedicated list of satisfied clientele.

::Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Happy to take left luggage and 25 meters from the train station.

::Excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. We spent a lovely weekend with friends. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality. Look forward to a return visit so that we can see more of Bath.

::The hotel is in a good location opposite the train station and steps away from all tourist spots. Rooms are nice in their decor but perhaps a little more space is beneficial. On the ground floor, there's a restaurant and a bar, which is quite expensive. The hotel closes doors at 2300, and you need your keys to access the building.

::Went for an anniversary visit last year and what a let down. The room was ok, but really nothing special, clean but outdated and dirty windows. The hotel is in need of updating in places. The food in the restaurant was gross, I complained to the waiter and he took the drinks off the bill, it was orange juice!!! The breakfast was really grim, burnt toast, burnt everything really, over done, and greasy. You never wish to pay to stay somewhere especially on a special occasion when you could do much better at home yourself. These hotels and B&B's need to get it together, people go out and spend their hard earned money for a treat, not to have to complain about things that are so simple to achieve. Would never ever stay here again, it was laughable. Like a bad case of Faulty Towers.!
