  Fantastic hotel, the staff were all very pleasant and attentive. Well equipped and laid out conference rooms. Immaculately clean and extremely well presented from the moment you walk in the door. Food and drink were also great with lots of choice would look forward to visiting this place again and recommending to others. A+++

  Lovely staff in a beautiful, quiet hotel. Friendly and calm atmosphere with a lovely room service menu if you are willing to pay the £5 extra for the trays to have it delivered. Spacious rooms with a very comfortable and large bathroom, with a bath and shower available, with the whole room cleaned daily. My partner and I had no issues during our stay here, even though there was a wedding over the weekend we stayed it was very quiet and well organised. Thank you very much for your hospitality! :)

  Great location from junction 5 M42 Solihull with 2min walk across the road for the town centre and 5min from Solihull station. While the hotel benefits from central location it is dated and lacks any comfort and amenities. TV is 12' and only got one channel. Advertising they have a gym but again dated and limited facilities. Would advise if going for breakfast to go early as they are not busy the buffet can tend to sit and look old.

  Mid budget hotel, clean and decent sized rooms although a bit dated decor and could probably do with some maintenance in the bathrooms especially. Staff were great and very helpful. Reasonable beer and drink selection. It's quite a hike from some of the rooms (the low numbers) to reception and bar. The room was too warm, it had air con but only went down to 18c, to be honest it was more 22+ so open a window if you're not a lizard.

  Great hotel. Lovely big rooms clean and with a feeling of grandeur if somewhat faded. The facilities were good. Was here for a conference and enjoyed the food all three days.
