  This company do not exchange or refund which is ridiculous when people are not local. They also charge 5p for a PAPER bag!

  I purchased items for a Christmas present and subsequently realised when I left the store they only do exchanges and gift vouchers no refunds, which is unsuitable as recipient lives elsewhere. Even though I called the second I got home and offered to go back straight away to return items they still refused.
