::Small but cozy and warmly welcoming guest house. It is family owned and run place. Has nice breakfast offered by owner named Bob every morning who was very friendly and quick. His wife was very kind and helpful for us. Cleaning lady was however little chatty but was very lovely. We loved staying there for one week, it felt as we were at home. In addition, it was very cost saving.

::Recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous Guest House and I will highly recommended to everyone. Well located in the heart of Dundee bed and breakfast like home. The staff who run this lovely guest house were friendly and they open their hearts for us. I can proudly say staff and service were tremendous. A wide array of cereals, fruits, warm breakfast tea, coffee etc, breakfast was delicious. The room were nice and well decorated, clean towels, kettle available in the room, can make your own tea or coffee anytime and the last but least free wifi.
