::Very bad experience. Hair turned green and they did their best to correct it but it is now in the worst condition it has ever been. This has never happened before and I’ve been having highlights for years. This was just getting roots done. Looking back I really do not think I should have been charged. I recognise overall reviews are good so perhaps just a bad night for the hairdresser but very upsetting when it is your hair. Beware :(

::This place is generally very good and I enjoy going there. However, make sure you reiterate and be very clear in what you want otherwise you will get extra (thinking it is complementary) with full charge!

::Generally very good. Staff friendly. Usually not much of a wait. I always book and am seen within 10 mins of my slot. Price varies on how senior your stylist. I never book a particular one I take whoever is available. Usually get a decent cut, only once or twice have I had one that felt rushed. As a man paying 30 to 40 pounds you want to feel like you're getting a decent amount of time spent on you. I've had a couple of the female members of staff rush the cut and I'm out in 15 mins including a wash. If I wanted that kind of service I'd go to a barbers. Generally I find that the male stylists spend more time on my hair in the stress exchange. That's just my experience over a few years yours may be totally different.

::Moshe is the best hairdresser I've been to - he takes the time to understand what you want and will offer his views but not impose them. Of course, most importantly, I've loved the results every time I've been over the last 2-3 years! He's excellent!
