::sycamore b/b york. My wife and i had 2 nights at this b/b15/16 sept 2017 we had the small room top of the house, it was a bit creaky but who cares we had two nights excellent sleep.then up in the morning for a fantastic breakfast, and the loverly couple you were so cheerfull all the time, and that makes the stay even better. We will be back linda/graham messam south wales.

::Family run guest house, very nice owners, nice breakfast, clean, need some maintenance however nothing serious, smaller rooms, electric showers, parking £2 per day in front of the house. Very close to city centre - 5 mins walk. We were very happy.
