  Lovely carvery on a Sunday. Very affordable. Nice variety of meat and vegetables and the staff were very polite and nice. However felt like they left the gravy and sauce sections a bit unattended. There was no gravy when I got there and the sauces were a bit mixed. However when my partner mentioned we didn't have to wait long for it to be sorted. So great customer service :)

  Staff were very helpful and polite . Food was good and plenty . View onto the river would be nice in summer . Downside being the horrible block of flats opposite the hotel on the main road . Nice for a one night stay over .

  Crown Carveries pub serving carveries and other food. Meat free carvery also available. Friendly staff and good value food with "all you can eat" veg. Usually 3 meats available but only 2 on offer on my last visit. Breakfasts also available but not tried them yet.

  This a return visit for me, great location hence the return. Nice to see the rooms updated and with a fresh clean feel. Friendly and helpful staff. I only have two minor niggles one is the rooms are really hot and not all the windows open. The other niggle is breakfast, was lovely to see you give a free "continental" breakfast as my partner and I are not big breakfast eaters but it would have been nice to see something savoury to offer like some cheese or boiled eggs as everything available is sweet and there is no choice.
