  Not impressed. The bathroom was so small I could hardly dry myself and the wc was in such narrow space an ample person may have had difficulty using it. The 'continental' breakfast was a croissant in a packet and cereal etc. delivered the previous evening. Poor value.

  Stayed here when working locally, and was very pleased with the welcome and service we received. Lovely place very clean and comfortable. Would happily stay there again.

  This is the best B&B ever. Close to Gaydon motor centre & Stratford upon Avon Theatres. Loverly country location, right within the Burton Dassett Country Park. Having stayed at all of the B&B's in the area I can say without hesitation that this is by far the best without question. People are very friendly and extremely helpful, with great insights into the local area. The accommodation is first rate, better then most the 5 star hotels I've stayed in. The views are just out of this world, and the location is great for all the near by towns, Gaydon, Stratford upon Avon etc.
