::Not all that before we booked asked if it was ok for disabled guests as my mum uses an electric wheelchair, was told yes no problem we have a ramp when we got there you have to put ramp down yourself and move it back behind the front door as it's a wooden moveable one?! Owner didn't help had to do it myself for my mum even tho I suffer with spondylitis in my back!!!! Cold water tap stunk like sewage or farts! Lamp didn't work! Lounge was too small and seating area for breakfast felt crammed in not helpful when we asked where my mum could plug her wheelchair in at night to charge the lady owner or Mrs haycinth bouquet as she thought she was didn't know where her plug sockets were???? Already left a review on trip advisor to which they commented saying my mum turned up in a beach buggy how RUDE and discriminating against disabled guests also said we caused damage to door frames and leg chair in lounge area we DIDN'T and why not tell us when checking out???? They said they wouldn't have us back but let's face it mate I wouldn't stay here again you need training in how to run a b&b and better still how to treat your GUESTS. If you are disabled don't book here stay somewhere more accommodating and with a lift even if not disabled avoid as it's not welcoming!!!!!!!!!
