  Went to the weekly Wednesday quiz. Lots of fun and well supported. Great ale and free chip butties definitely coming back

  Good food, good staff and somewhere local and decent to get a drink. Good for functions too

  Warm welcome not rushed. Small cozy feel, lovely food great range of drinks. Plenty of car parking. I visited with my elderly mother who was looked after and said she was made to feel welcome rather than feeling she was in the way.

  Lovely little pub, although bigger than it first appears. I visited on a quiet evening and was served quickly. A nice selection of drinks, if not abundant, and very reasonably priced hot drinks. I noticed a dart board and pool tables and the gents toilets were 8/10. I was confused by the car park, but then I am easily confused and it was dark.
