  Had a very very bad experience after using Thistle service. They seemed to be affordable, but just be careful with the agreement. In my case, I was interested in getting the whole property freshened (cleaned),agreed for two hours (and suggested to pop in at our property many times to find out the quote/time required to finish & sent pics of the rooms in detail). However the staff (2 employees) came in, were unable to complete the job in 2 hours, didn't adhere to the agreement/conversation & left the task incomplete after an hour - most places kept untouched/didn't tidy up (kept messy) - really disappointing service and would never recommend. Further speaking to them, they required another 12 hours to complete the whole property in order - Absolutely lost GBP30

  Very proffessional service. They came and cleaned all my carpets and done a great job. highly recommened them.
