  Costumer service is really awful. They don't know how to be nice with people, they lack of smile and minimal understanding. They wanted to charge me with 10 pounds for a copy of MY blood test!. However, I stay because of the doctors, they are great.

  The surgery are fantastic, we are having multiple health issues with our one-year-old (just started nursery), and we've never been turned away - or asked to wait for long periods of time. We had problems with medicines spilling, changes of prescription etc - the surgery were always helpful. A close link with the local pharmacy means that prescriptions can be sent over electronically and delivered right to our doorstep.

  I try to get help in this place since a few months. Still not diagnosed. Waiting time for appointments is very long. You could die here before you will be diagnosed. It is horrible, that even in pain you need to wait so long to see doctor. First they offer to you appointment with nurse. How nurse can diagnose? I dont get it.

  This doctors surgery was recommend to me by close friends who have been using them for 20 years with a range of complex medical issues so I trusted their experience as being in-depth. I followed their recommendation and signed up. I can only say positive things. Great services, friendly and helpful reception staff and excellent service by the doctors and nurses. Location is good and parking is free and plentiful. Thank you team - great work!

  Truly awful customer service. It is no longer possible to order a repeat prescription over the phone and the online method is awful. For some reason my password never seems to work twice? If you ring the surgery they will just tell you to go to the pharmacy. everything seems to be "just go to the pharmacy and they will do it" The lady seems to have zero understanding. I'm looking for a new surgery. I don't need the stress.
