  Thrifty tried to screw us out of £80 of the deposit due to a scratch on an alloy wheel, which clearly was there before we picked up the car, but under some dirt so we were not able to see it when we picked up the car. We are careful drivers and hadn't even parked the car next to a curb, so there was no chance that we had done this. Despicable behaviour. Avoid at all costs if you want to be treated fairly.

  Pleasant, friendly, good value for money. I doubt I'll go anywhere else after my last two experiences with them! :)

  Great cars at excelent prices. Good customer services. Little bit more documents have to be submited comparing to others.

  Excellent service. I urgently needed a van at 4.00pm in the afternoon which I booked and paid for over the phone via their website. At 4.20pm I was at their lot to collect the van and we did the paperwork in about 10 minutes. All they needed was my driving license and my bank statement which I had on my mobile phone banking app. This was because they needed proof that it was my card being used to pay for the car rental. Anyway, very helpful counter staff who let me keep my car parked on their lot overnight while I went off with the van. The van was spotless and as I'd paid over the phone, it was only £39.00 for 24 hours. Not a bad deal for getting me out of a tight spot in under half an hour! I'll definitely use them again.
