  Do not send your child to the children's only session. My son was totally humiliated at his taster session. Fifteen minutes into the session he was made to do 20 press ups in front of all the other, older kids. Aged up to 18 years. As he is 7 years old and never done a press up before this was totally embarrassing for him and borderline abuse. First time my son has ever cried! Completely inappropriate training for young children.

  I cut my teeth at Tigers many moons ago. Great gym, if you want to get into shape and stay fit, get yourself down.

  I've trained at gyms all over the country and found Tigers to be one of the best training environments, whatever level you're at. Get stuck in and don't be afraid to ask for help. Everyone is friendly and you're encouraged to leave your ego at the door - which is how it should be. Can't recommend enough. Big thanks to Gary and Michelle.
