  The staff at the Southampton branch of Tile Giant are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their friendly attitude is exemplary. We have used them for tiles in bathrooms and kitchens and purchased the necessary tools for the job at sensible prices. Would highly recommend

  Questions answered, problem solved. We had been in before when doing a tile search for our new kitchen, didn't find the wall tiles but saw some floor tiles which we really liked. Went back again approx 8 weeks later, this time with a section of worktop to try & find the wall tiles to complement the worktop. This time we where successful in finding just what we wanted. Finlay was very helpful in advising us & then showing us how we could overcome the problem of a un-level wall which we will face when removing the old tiles. She was very clued up on the product(s) the stock & how to fit, remove the tiles. She spent a long time with my wife & I and really helped to put my wife's mind at ease with regard to the fitting of the tiles, the fitting of the floor tiles & even what we could use when we re-model the bath room in the near future if we didn't want to remove the old tiles which are fitted directly to the plasterboard. Whoever does the product training within the store or company should be commended as she really knew her stuff, We have been in other tile stores in the past and basically have been left alone by the staff. Here no question went unanswered. End result was that we have brought the tiles for the kitchen walls, and the flooring for the kitchen & hall. Would I recommend Tile Giant at Millbrook ? YES I would. Will we be going back again ? YES we will.
