  I took my father's watch there to have the battery changed the next day the back fell of. Unfortunately I've had bad experiences with every timpsons I have used past and present, there clearly not trainined properly. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

  Avoid. Ruined new un worn LK Bennett shoes bought for a wedding. I wanted a rubber sole put on them Olive and bronze shoes now have black and silver marks on them. I am trying to get full compensation.

  I had two new Citroën keys which I needed cut because my old key fob was broken. Timpsons at the top of Bath were shocking. As soon as I asked if they could cut them they told me they could only cut their keys which were the same as mine just priced at £30 per blank fob. I got both of mine on eBay for £7.58 In the end they cut my keys but they did not even resemble the original. So now I have 2 pointless keys which I paid £20 for them to be cut. Naturally the the keys cannot be replaced because I did not buy the over priced key from them. Have the feeling this may have been done purposely. AVOID!
