  Polite and helpful at the PO counter. The office is rather small and consequently cramped. The shop till at the entrance is manned by a suspicious scowl. Smiling is easy and free, you know ...

  awful service, the old lady doesn't know how to deal with credit card payments, and act with stubborness and rudeness.
