  I used to be a regular customer here for more than 5 years until today. Make sure you don't ask for help any member of staff as you'll get the only rude attitude, here I want to mention Ashley!!! I kindly asked him if they provide boxes for Photo Frames or if they have another one in the back... He even didn't have a look at my product and rolled his eyes telling me that they got only what is displayed. I tried to explain to him that it got the glass and if there is anything that they can wrap it in, he just started to laugh in my face and I got the reply: "If you don't want it, don't buy it!" Well, if I didn't want it, I wouldn't bother to ask you! I went to the manager and told him what happened, he apologised and been told to ask the cashier for wrapping paper... finished my shopping, went to pay and had to ask 3 times the cashier to wrap that frame in something as I don't want to break it, she said that she doesn't have any paper or any bag to wrap it. I refused to buy and then saw the manager next to her, so asked him again and here we go: there is some wrapping paper! Came out like magic! Of course, I've been asked if I want a bag, which I replied: "yes, please"! Of course, she forgot about that as well! Honestly, I understand that people can be tired, it's Christmas and it's busy. But there is no excuse for being rude with your costumers who bring money into your business. I never made a complaint before but these guys definitely ruined all my day.

  Typical TK Maxx store, maby on the small side. Good quality items at reduced price. On two floors. Shame there are no customer toilets as one can spend quite a bit of time in there especially if you go with your kids.

  Good prices. Have to look really well for hidden bargains and look closely because some of the same goods are priced differently. Why? no one could tell me. But still a good shop.
