  Great store ruined by disgraceful management. A manager told me to leave the store as my toddler cried for 10 seconds then stopped. I was told children making a noise ruin the shopping experience of others. A 10 second cry!! not a long disruptive tantrum (of which I would have left anyway!) . No apology or investigation. If you do not want children in your shop do not sell children's items. Can't believe a large chain like this would think it is OK to police mums, and if their child makes a noise then tell them to leave. Disgusting is an understatement!

  Just love this shop I have never been inside with out buying something. There's always loads of new stock. It's brilliant for gifts too

  Had e lovely visit place was tidier than on other visits. Spent more than I intended but Christmas is coming. Lol.
