  One star is given to the staff, they are pretty busy and tired which we can understand. But that is not the reason they are being rude and impolite like i own them one million dollars. If you are heading to this horrible place, please make yourself fully prepared.

  Well organised.. helpful staff. Because they are always very busy, they couldn’t show their smiling faces, we can understand that...!! Don’t go too early than your appointment time, try to be on time, otherwise you may have to wait outside for long time ....

  I couldn't believe how bad the situation was. I booked an appointment for my wife at 2 p.m. When I got there was so many people outside waiting and there's was even more people inside. I asked the security guard to be honest with me if my wife goes in at 2 what time will she come out he said at least 3 to 4 hours. Also I couldn't believe that there was no indoor waiting area everyone was waiting outside. We drove two and a half hours to get to you and we a baby with us we had to wait outside in the cold. The place looked like a refugee centre more than a visa application centre. I ended up taking my wife and going home without submitting the application. We have used the Spanish application visa centre before yes they were very late and took a long time but at least there was a proper waiting area that had seats.

  Paid to be rude... Distinguished set of incapable and incompetent individuals who are just present at the centee to be rude with people. I had a horrific experience and wish no one has to go through this experience ever. May you be answerable for your deeds to god one day. About the property : A shanty has a better set of facilities than this property. People are shepherded like herds of livestock. Hope France embassy takes notice of this and makes some alternate arrangements for filing visas. 😞

  If I could, I wouldn't even rate one star. Not ashamed to say that staff were unbelievably rude and were very unprofessional. Personally felt very amateur and improper. It drags your energy down and your appointment takes place hours later than your booking, you constantly get dragged around by non-helping bossy workers. They treat everyone like immigrants, have heard them swearing behind customers backs and screwing them, I wouldn't even bother paying them. I couldn't believe how rude they can get, It's very shameful, I feel very sorry for their customers. They don't accept non applicants into their unworthy building so don't bother bringing a friend or your baby buggies with you. Good luck, if you're that desperate to go. If you want professional service, find yourself another visa centre and thank me later.
