  After sharing an afternoon with relatives here I was surprised to receive an £85 car park fine. I've never visited any restaurant where ordering multiple courses / rounds of drinks is rewarded with a fine. Perhaps if I hadn't had to wait so long to be served this would have been avoided. I can only recommend to never to set foot in the place. I certainly won't be again

  Booked a table for 7pm on Sunday night ....'home of the roast ' .....but only if your there in the first few hours. At 7pm there was no roast left......and at 8.99 (Only 4.99 for a no meat carvery) so I paid £4 for a slice of overcooked Gammon and a slice of chicken n turkey. Cauliflower was hard, roast potatoes burnt and had to ask for the gravy to be refilled..... Definitely need to find somewhere else to and wouldn't recommend it...oh and this is not the first time this has happened.

  The staff are nice. The food is good although the cauliflower cheese was barely cooked. It was more on the raw side. That's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review.

  Food and service was Good. What put us off was the 35minute wait standing in a very long queue and once served there was no beef left. Been to many Toby's but this has to be the longest we have ever waited in a queue. Very off putting. More staff carving at busiest times would definatly help.
