  Nearly everything you'll need under one roof inverness branch staff very helpful and so far always a lot cheaper than screw fix etc and no problems with products all good

  selling dodgy goods that break down . I purchased a 12-24V SIP Chargestar battery charger in July 2016. (£97.67), 6 months later,when I needed it for the second time, it malfunctioned and was returned. It was sent back to SIP for repair, (replacement rectifier). Now just over a year from purchase date it has malfunctioned again and guess what? Toolstation warranty is only 1 year and I have been advised to deal directly with SIP. It appears that Toolstation is more than happy to take your money but quick to pass the buck when things go wrong. I have spent hundreds of pounds at this store in Inverness but will be taking my business elsewhere in future. BE WARNED, I ONLY GAVE THIS A SINGLE STAR RATING IN ORDER TO POST THE REVIEW THEY DESERVE NONE..

  Prices are very competitive. Huge selection of stock carried. Free catalogues which include prices so you can check if they stock your item then compare prices with internet firms. They usually work out cheaper (no postage to pay when buying from a local store) Opening hours are convenient, includes Sundays and Public Holidays. Adequate parking. Inverness Staff are friendly and efficient. Free hot drinks, tea, coffee etc. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.
