  Went to Tool Station Saturday morning very pleased with the service I got the sales assistant sorted a problem I had and gave me very good advice.I must also say how very low priced the products are brilliant store would highly recommend.

  Just been into the local store by me Stoke-on-Trent..... I purchased a Bosch 360 laser level which cost £550.00 When i took this out of the box and set it up on site i instantly knew it as not good enough. Today i took it back to get a full refund... I was told that i cannot have a refund because it has been out the box. Even though it is within 30days. I have used the level for 30seconds max!!! I had to then phone head office and they said that it is there policy not to issue refunds!! I have had to contact Bosch directly my self to get this sorted! Had a reply from them and they say the issue lies with Toolstation. I was in the store for 2hours!!!! You should explain your t&c to everyone that purchases any product from you. I have never had such poor service in my life and will never shop with you again. I will also take my issue up with the Complaints Commission and also sue for the time that i have had to waste sorting this out. IVE STILL NOT GOT A REFUND NEVER SHOP WITH TOOL STATION!!!!! Stick to Screw Fix
